What type of parts do you sell?

We sell parts and supplies for major appliances, heating and air conditioning. This includes parts for household appliances ... refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, washers, dryers, and more. We also sell equipment and supplies for Heating and Air Conditioning systems. 

How do I place an order with Fox?

Online ordering saves time and money.  Orders can be placed in person, online, by phone, email or fax.  If you have an account, log in to the website before you enter your order.  If you do not have an account, you can check out as a guest. 

How can I get the parts I need?

Pick Up - Your order can be picked up at any of our locations; you choose the location at checkout. If the part is not in stock at the location you chose, please allow extra time for the part to be sent to that location, we will let you know when it is ready for pick up.

Ship -For parts that are in stock. Orders placed by 4pm will be shipped out the same day.  Orders placed after 4pm may be shipped the following business day. 

How do I know which warehouses have the parts in stock?

You can search for the part you need.  On the product page you will see "availability by warehouse".  Non stock-Special Order products will not have a location and will be special ordered.  

How do I find a Fox location near me?

Visit our locations page to find one of our locations across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.  If you are not close to a location to pick up parts in the same day, we can ship parts to you.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Orders placed by 4PM will ship the same day. Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours to most areas. Items not in stock will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as they are available.

How do I log in to the website?

You must have an account with Fox. If you are already an account holder with Fox and do not have a login, you can request one here Register

How do I know if you have the part for my model?
